Process for registering interest in staff mobility
Under the Erasmus+ programme, both academic and professional services staff can apply to undertake a staff mobility up to 5 days (plus up to two travel days). For academic staff, you can apply to teach at a partner institution, provided you undertake a minimum of 8 teaching hours. Please complete the 20-21 Erasmus+ Staff Visit Proposal Form and submit to Global Opportunities (erasmus@lincoln.ac.uk) once signed off by your Head of School.
For professional services staff, there are many opportunities to undertake international staff weeks, hosted by many European universities. Participation does not have to be at a partner institution, but priority may be given to those applications at partner institutions. Again for any staff interested they should first submit a staff visit proposal form as outlined above.
All travel arrangements must be made either by the individual staff member or the School’s Finance officer. An Erasmus+ grant will be made available, depending on the destination, and will be paid to the School once the mobility has been completed.
