The University of Lincoln has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Latvia to respond to the Latvian Government’s Project 3000 initiative.
Under this scheme, the Latvian government plans to produce up to 3000 additional graduates of Computer Science each year to address the skills requirements in the technology sector in Latvia. Colleagues from the two universities are working together on producing dual/joint degree programmes and a staff development programme to facilitate this exciting national project.
As the institutions work more closely together, colleagues involved in this project are already finding common areas of interest in research and are looking to collaborate on these research projects.
